This holiday home stands on the slopes of Montalbano about 2 km from the town. The villa provides an excellent starting point for easy excursions to the art cities of Florence and Lucca (both about 45 km away) as well as to smaller local centres such as San Miniato (15 km) or the famous spa town of Montecatini Terme (20 km).

The villa, which belongs to an estate producing wine and olive oil, stands in a dominant position offering surperb panoramic view over the surrounding hills.

Guests can enjoy the use of a well-kept garden with a private swimming pool and various fully equipped areas. The furnishings include certain antique nineteenth century pieces alongside modern accessories such as satellite TV and dishwasher.
