Outside there is a shower. Motor access to the house (600 m via unmade road). Parking space is available by the house.
Within 400 m you can find grocers and a bus stop. Restaurants are in 2 km, several shops, a supermarket and the railway station of Figline Valdarno in 3 km. Please note that having a car is essential and that there are more similar properties for rent in this same residence.
There are many walks along the paths of the property where you can spot many wild animals. Small private lake inside of the complex where clients can fish in full peace. There is a courtyard for communal use with garden furniture. Domestical help and cleaning services on request.
