The farm house is set on a working farm of 24 hectares which mainly produce olive oil and wine and it is situated at Paterno. The house has been renovated and divided in 3 apartments with independent entrances, one is inhabited by the farmers. Both the holiday apartments have a private prefabricated swimming pool ( 6 x 9 m). Central heating (included). 6-room apartment 200 m2 on 1st floor, renovated with simple and rustic furnishings.

On the property there are nice trekking paths between olive trees to enjoy tuscany in the countryside. 2 km from the centre of Pelago, 25 km from the centre of Firenze, 80 km from the centre of Siena, in a sunny position on top of a hill, 30 km from the lake, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside.

For shared use: grounds 24 ha. Private: garden, swimming pool (above ground) (6 x 9 m, depth 120 cm, 15.06.-15.09.). Outside shower, garden furniture, barbecue (swing). In the house: central heating, washing machine (for shared use). Parking by the house. Please note: suitable for families. Local sale of farm products.
