Holiday Home Selvapiana is a three-room semi-detached house of 95 m2 on 2 levels. The house is located 2 km from the centre of Greve in Chianti, 20 km from the centre of Firenze, on top of a hill, in the countryside.

On the ground floor there is a large living/dining room with 1 double sofa bed, an open fireplace and satellite-TV (flat screen TV). The kitchen with dining table is fully equipped, including a dishwasher. Both areas give access to the garden.

On the upper floor there is one double bedroom and one room with 2 beds with a bath, bidet and toilet. The additional bathroom comes with a shower, bidet and toilet. Other facilities include a washing machine.

For shared use there is a natural garden which offers view of the countryside and a seasonal outdoor swimming pool. Guests can enjoy meals from the barbecue in their private garden with lawn and flowers.

Parking by the house is possible. There is a bus stop in 1 km and shops, restaurants and a supermarket are 2 km from the accommodation. Riding stables is at a distance of 5 km. Please note there is a main road 100 m from the property.
