Outside shower, table tennis, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (slide, swing, sandpit). Motor access to the house (300 metres via unmade road). Parking in the grounds.
Castelfiorentino is 8 km. away. The house have retained the original features such as stone walls, stone stairs and the "Vecchia Cantina". The nearest shop is 4 km. away, restaurant 4 km., railway station "Castelfiorentino" 4 km. Golf course 18 km., tennis 4 km., riding stables 8 km.
