Santa Maria Novella Train Station is a 15-minute walk away or reachable via the public electric bus A, which stops in front of the Signoria.

Each apartment at the Signoria is bright and spacious. Some apartments are located in different buildings,all surrounded by shops, banks, restaurants, bars, and bakeries.

Important information

Please contact Signoria Apartments by phone or e-mail to confirm the time of check-in at least 48 hours before your arrival. Check-in always takes place at the main building.

Guests staying in annex apartments can arrange check-in directly at the apartment in advance via telephone or email.

For arrivals on Saturday or Sunday, please inform the Signoria at least 3 days in advance.

Extra charges may apply for late check-in (later than 19:00).

Please note that charges for the nearby parking vary depending on the size of the vehicle.

Please note that the lift in the main building starts from the first floor only. There is a final flight of stairs to climb in order to reach the penthouse apartment.
