Reception is open everyday from 08:00 until 19:00. Check-in outside reception hours is only possible if arranged in advance with the property.
The hotel does not have a lift, however there is someone to help guests with their luggage.
The reservation code included on your confirmation email is your personal access code to enter Floroom 1. The code opens the gate, the front door and the room door.
