The renovated accommodation preserves its historic features, which are present in exposed wooden beams, windows, doors, wrought iron details and terracotta floors. Apart from the main building, La Fornacina includes a large annex and a garden.
A buffet breakfast is provided, and the frescoed restaurant serves Tuscan cuisine. The swimming pool is open at night and hosts a bar and live music events.
Each suite comprises a seating and dining area and an en suite bathroom with Carrara marble. All suites feature garden or pool views and some come with a balcony or terrace. Some of them are set on 2 levels.
The SS69 National Road is nearby. The city of Florence is less than 30 minutes’ drive away. Staff can help organise tours.
