The country estate Il Vallone with 16 ha of vineyards, olive groves and fields is located in a quiet position 2 km away from the medieval castle complex Certaldo Alto cosy farmhouse, renovated. It's 3 km from the centre of Certaldo, 42 km from the centre of Firenze, 48 km from the centre of Siena, in a secluded, sunny, elevated position, in the countryside.

Private: garden on different levels with plants and flowers, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 140 cm, 04.05.-28.09.). In the house: central heating, washing machine. Parking by the house. Shop 3 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop 2 km, railway station " Certaldo" 4 km. Golf course 25 km, tennis 5 km, riding stables 4 km.

Please note that the owner lives in the same grounds. Mountain bikes available for excursions.
