Private: garden 2'000 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (above ground) (7 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, 18.05.-07.09.). Barbecue. In the house: central heating, washing machine. Linen change weekly. Room cleaning 2 times per week on request (extra). Parking by the house.

Shop 3 km, grocers 3 km, shopping centre 5 km, restaurant 2 km, railway station "Firenze" 25 km, pebble beach 100 m. Tennis 6 km, riding stables 5 km. Please note: car essential. The pool is for shared use. Ferrari race truck 15 km. Nearby windsurfing school, sailing, rowing, cycling, walking trails in the woods. Fishing in the lake. Golf course with 18 holes to 18 km. The garden is being cared for by the gardener 3 times a week. Also available: piano.
